Returns & Exchanges

Have you ordered from our online shop and now want to return/exchange an item? No problem! Simply send us an email to hi@fablano.com or use our contact form and you will receive your return label for an uncomplicated return.

How does the return work?

  1. Write us an email at: hi@fablano.com or use our contact form .
  2. In the subject line please state Return/Exchange and your order number.
  3. Let us know which items you would like to return/exchange.
  4. You will then receive a return label by email.
  5. Attach the return label to the package or use the QR code from the shipping service provider and take it to the nearest packing station or post office.
  6. Once we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded as quickly as possible or we will exchange the items and you will be notified again with a new tracking number.

When and how do I get my money back?

The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the credit has been paid out. Please note that if the goods are defective after they have been returned, we will not refund the full amount.

How long do I have to return an item?

The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods. You can find all details about our cancellation policy here.

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

The return costs are borne by the customer. An invoice will be issued afterwards or the return costs will be deducted directly from the return value (unless you sent the package yourself).

How can I exchange an item? (e.g. different size or color)

To ensure quick and easy processing, we ask you to return the item as described. Please note that additional shipping charges apply.

Amazon returns

If you have purchased one of our items on Amazon and now want to return it to us, we ask you to process this directly through Amazon. To do this, please log in to your Amazon account, go to "My Orders" and initiate the return. Amazon will then send you all the necessary documents you need for a return.
