How can I pay?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Germany & Austria (other EU countries will be available soon).
How much are the shipping fees?
Free shipping to Germany & Austria.
How long does shipping take?
- Germany: 2-4 days
- Austria: 1-3 days
Where is my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.

Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, we would ask you to request a return for the item. You can do this easily and quickly with our return form, which you can find here: Returns & Exchanges.
How do I redeem discount codes?
At the end of your ordering process, you can redeem your discount in the "Discount Code" field in the right column. Please pay attention to capitalization.

How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item from us, you can return it to us within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for returns.
To return an item, we would ask you to request a return for the item. You can do this easily and quickly with our return form, which you can find here: Returns & Exchanges.
How long do I have to return an item?
The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods.
When and how will I receive my money back?
The purchase amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods via the originally used payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the credit has been paid out.
How can I exchange an item?
For a simple and quick process, we ask you to return the corresponding item as described. In our Returns & Exchanges portal, you can select the refund method "Exchange item". You also have the option to specify what you would like to exchange.

Protect from moisture
You should protect your wooden ring from moisture - so it's best to take it off when showering & bathing. We also recommend that you do not store your ring in the bathroom.
How durable is my ring?
Protect from excessive pressure
Our rings can only withstand limited pressure, which varies depending on the production process. We advise you to protect your ring as much as possible from heavy loads.
How is it cleaned?

It is best to clean your jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth.
